Greg and Leslie were both great on my separate visits. During my visit to check my tire after a nail was removed from a local tire shop, Greg was extremely gracious and willing to further explain the p During my visit to check my tire after a nail was removed from a local tire shop, Greg was extremely gracious and willing to further explain the parts of the tire and impact of when there is tire damage. This is my first vehicle and I am learning a lot along the way and since leasing as of May of 2023. He answered every question I had and also communicated with the Service department to ensure all was well during my visit. I owe him and the team some fresh donuts on my. next visit! During another visit to inspect a recall notification, Leslie helped me right away and encouraged me to go home to attend to my remote meetings for work, promising to call me as soon as the car was ready for pick up. She called me as soon as the service for my car was completed and it definitely helped lessen the disruption in my work day. It's the very small things that go a very long way and as a stickler for customer service, this is something I pay attention to during each and every visit. Nissan of the Bronx has given me a few positive experiences! More
