I did a lot of research before the purchase of my Kia. I was looking at the Sorento. I had an idea of pricing. I knew inventory available within 100 miles. Greg Taylor was the first to reach out to me while I was online searching. He answered my questions and stayed late to show me several models and let me test drive. I told him I was only interested in looking at my options at the moment. He never appeared in a hurry even while keeping him late. He had my car appraised and gave me purchase options on all the models I test drove. I continued to research and returned to the dealership again the next day. Greg was unavailable, but AJ Wright, who assisted me with my first Kia purchase, was eager to help. I pulled up the the car I was interested in and gave him the price I could afford. I knew my appraisal and my down-payment. Court the sales manager, was available the night before as well as purchase day and was very helpful going over my purchase options. And within minutes I purchased the Kia Carnival not the Sorento. Denise helped me with my financing and warranty. No pressure to purchase more than I wanted. Everything was very relaxed and everyone was a joy to work with. I was out the door in my new Kia within an hour start to finish. I love my Carnival but I do plan to trade in a year or two for the Carnival hybrid. I will return to Kia Alcoa More
