Great customer service. Greg did everything he could to help me since the branch on Callahan wouldn’t help. I went to that one first and told them I couldn’ customer service. Greg did everything he could to help me since the branch on Callahan wouldn’t help. I went to that one first and told them I couldn’t do money down. They said okay, came back and said I needed 3k down and I said I can’t do that and he just sat there and looked at me and my husband until we got up and left. He wouldn’t speak to me once I said I couldn’t. I called Alcoa and they said they would do everything possible to get me a new car and they did just that! I can’t thank Gregg and court enough for helping me and my husband! More
