My first KIA I was looking for a vehicle for a new outside salesman. I had read up on the KIA line and decided to go look for one. Due to my schedule that week, I was looking for a vehicle for a new outside salesman. I had read up on the KIA line and decided to go look for one. Due to my schedule that week, I was unable to go to the dealership. Greg Taylor, was right on top of my needs and brought the car over for me to look at. Greg knew about what I had budgeted and he brought over a Sorrento for me to look at. He made the buying experience so easy and straight forward as he explained the all of the attributes of the vehicle and the decision was very easy. Once at the dealership everything was quick and efficiently done. I would say in about 45 minutes I was on my way. Excellent service My husband and i adventured out in search of a new car for me. I needed an upgrade due to lots of driving and addding on to our family. As soon as we My husband and i adventured out in search of a new car for me. I needed an upgrade due to lots of driving and addding on to our family. As soon as we pulled on the lot Greg Taylor came and greeted us. He started off with writing our names down and asked us a few basic questions on what all we were looking for and our main uses for the new car. As soon as he wrote all of it down he took us to a 2014 Kia Sorento. It was EVERYTGING we needed and wanted. we said yes to the first car he showed us. He worked so hard to get the ball rolling and to get everything done. Not to mention we got to the lot that night 30 mins til closing time (i work retail so i know how big of a pain that could be) but he didn't fret at all. He was so nice the whole time. My husband went the next day to sign his part of the papers. I had a crazy work schedule that day so i couldn't make it to sign My part of the paper so he waited til i got home at 10:00 that night and brought the papers to my house at my convenience for me to sign. He explained everything in the car how to use it properly. He also set up my Bluetooth for me as well!! I've never had this great of experience with buying a car. We will definitely be back to buy a car from Greg Taylor at rusty wallace Kia on Alcoa hwy!! More
