First of all it was near impossible to get someone on the phone second of all when they did get on the phone I was put on hold and no one ever returned after the fact this is completely unacceptable I schedu phone second of all when they did get on the phone I was put on hold and no one ever returned after the fact this is completely unacceptable I scheduled a rental vehicle for when I dropped my truck off then I arrived at the set date to drop it off I'm told I never scheduled a courtesy car and I will have to use my own methods also unacceptable. We bought my son a new car we was going to use you guys since the sales team was awesome but after our treatment from the service department no thank you. More
