I found my dream vehicle online first at Jim White Toyota. I had inquired online and spoke with Cortney- she was fantastic. Pam was the one that educated me on every detail of the vehicle, went with me for a test drive & worked her magic and got me undercoating included in my new vehicle! Aside from being great at her job, her personality is SPECTACULAR. Finally, I met with Greg for the financial portion of the process. Once again, an awesome employee. He had great energy, was thorough and detailed in explanations. All three employees I worked with were GREAT. The customer service at this dealership was superior to any other dealership I have went to previously. I drove an hour to come here - worth it. I want to recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone and everyone I can! THANK YOU for making my long awaited vehicle purchase, such a wonderful experience!!! When the time comes for another vehicle purchase, we will be back to Jim White Toyota. Without a doubt, I will be back to work with Pam specifically!!! More
