Customer service was very good, they got me in and out as quickly as possible which was great. However, the small stick that goes into the dash and controls the dash lights and allows for movement between sc quickly as possible which was great. However, the small stick that goes into the dash and controls the dash lights and allows for movement between screens on the dash was left lying on my passenger seat. Luckily my son found it and knew what it was and was able to re-install it. It could have been easily tossed. For the amount of money I paid I expect everything to be put back as it should. When I reported this to my advisor she seemed confused about what I was telling her. All in all it was good but service should check and make sure these things are taken care of. More

We've had a prior very "interesting" experience with this particular dealership and Orlando has and the second time he's gone over and above for us. The entire crew from service receptionist to service department were phenomenal. Completed my recall in a timely manner and informed me immediately when car was ready.
