Customer service was very good, they got me in and out as quickly as possible which was great. Luckily my son found it and knew what it was and was able to re-install it. It could have been easily tossed. For the amount of money I paid I expect everything to be put back as it should. When I reported this to my advisor she seemed confused about what I was telling her. All in all it was good but service should check and make sure these things are taken care of. More
