There were a few minor issues with the truck that didn't show in their pictures and of course none of it was mentioned prior to my 2 hour drive. However, I purchased the truck anyway and I have been trying to get information from the salesman since but he has quit answering my messages. We were kept waiting for long periods throughout the process. We said we would pay by check but it wasn't made clear that a banker's check was required. There are still features of the car we don't understand, particularly which features require a subscription and which do not.. I have just bought a Honda from Greensboro Honda and I was allowed to drive the car back home for my wife to see before making a decision. I paid with a personal check without any fuss, A much better experience. More
