The service was terrible, not organized or helpful, I kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. Could never get a hold of Logan and when I did he would say kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. Could never get a hold of Logan and when I did he would say I’ll give you a call back and never did. Very unprofessional! I even talked to someone named Steven and he said he would help me but he couldn’t either and lied to me when he said he would get me a new advisor but didn’t. Even when my car was don’t after almost 5 weeks I went to get it and it took over 1 hour for no reason. I spoke to three people and they said they would help me but didn’t even do that. One of the same people came back to tell me my coffee was almost done, just shows how they don’t take customer care seriously. These people need to be retrained or fired I had a horrible experience just for a recall on my car. I will never be coming back and please someone fire Logan! And I’m still waiting to hear back from management More

There were some hurtles but thanks to Brian Berry , my worries were over. I thank God for allowing me to be able to drive off in a 25 Elantra & I loveeeeeee my car! You were given the opportunity to fix the items you broke along with the original issue covered under warranty. Instead you went down a road of continuous lies and deceit in an attempt to cover up mistakes made by your employees. Is your company doing that bad that you are desperate enough to lie and steal so blatantly ?? Do you not see that it will catch up with you???
