Nothing was pushed on us and no one tried to upsell us anything. She was friendly, direct, and pleasant during the whole experience and took the time to go through all the features of our new car. After extensive online research utilizing Consumer Reports in combination with other reputable sites, and after many test drives with a variety of different makes and models of car, we decided that Mazda was the best choice for our situation. We were initially concerned because it seems Subarus dominate our local area and Autex was the only Mazda dealer around. Reservations about smaller family dealerships aside we went to them with an open mind. As a result we are delighted and grateful we went with them. We left the dealership very happy and we have not had any"Buyer's Remorse". The experience was easier than anticipated, much to our surprise. We would definitely recommend Autex Mazda and absolutely recommend working with Gretchen. More
