After a 2 hour trip to Keene, we were not disappointed and bought the car we were looking for. All of the staff that we worked with were simply wonderful. First a bit about the car - I bought the 2016 CX-9 Signature in machine grey and am absolutely thrilled with the vehicle. Our family spent a long time researching vehicles to replace our dependable but tired 2004 minivan. We chose the CX-9 over Highlander, Pilot, Durango, Santa Fe - it's just simply more bang for the buck and frankly has features and styling similar to Audi, Volvo, and BMW for considerably lower cost! (My husband drives an Audi Q5 and loves my new vehicle, which was quite a bit less expensive than his, seats two additional passengers, AND gets better gas mileage!) Most of my interactions with Autex happened over the phone or via email/text. I'm out of state and knew exactly what I wanted (color/packages) and they helped me avoid multiple back and forth trips by working everything out ahead of time. When I arrived the car was ready to go and the paperwork went very quickly. Gretchen knew the car extremely well and provided useful tips that I may not have easily figured out. She is really friendly, easy going, she makes you fell like you are hanging out with your girlfriend - it's a very comfortable experience. Tim arranged the financing over the phone, on a Saturday/Sunday no less, and that part went seamlessly. I highly recommend working with this dealership and would DEFINITELY buy from them again. More

Gretchen is capable, professional, ,and knows Mazda's inside and out. Pricing / and trade in values were more than fair and the experience was enjoyable and in no way negative. The most impressive thing about this dealership is their employees. They help problem solve situations for your benefit rather than selling you unnecessarily. They treat you well and they do what they say they will do. If I have an extended service they can arrange a loaner or give me a ride wherever I want to go. I have never had a dispute or disagreement with them in several years of ownership. Most importantly they have earned my trust as they are honest, reasonable and perhaps the best example of any dealership / service center that I have ever dealt with. Five stars all the way! More
