I first came to autex about a month ago looking to get into a vehicle within my payment budget. Not an easy task because my credit isn't the best. The first couple of cars they showed me were nothing like into a vehicle within my payment budget. Not an easy task because my credit isn't the best. The first couple of cars they showed me were nothing like I was looking for and the payments were outrageous. I was working with a different sales person, then the other day I got a text from Steve. He's fairly new and worked with the finance department to get me into this beauty in an affordable payment! It's used, has a few issues but overlooking them enabled me to get into a vehicle I otherwise couldn't have. Steve threw himself out there, he didn't give up on me, he found a way to connect with me that the other salesman did not. Steve was amazing, he knows what it takes to be a sales person and what you need to do to get the sale. He was respectful&kind, he was sociable, even though i am definitely not a sociable person.
