As usual, we were cordially greeted by our sales representative, Tim Welch, who guided us over the phone with the vehicle. It was pristine and he knows his customers well. Mr. Todd Johnson, finance manager guided us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Mr. Richard Lordi gave us an update of all the technology, as assisted by Mr. Griffin Hall, when he assisted with our 2015 S550 earlier in the year. Of course, principles Mr. Scott Coleman and Mr. Alan Sokel greeted us with true enthusiasm. After 15 cars in the past 5 years from Contemporary, may they continue with great performance and customer satisfaction.We have never had such enthusiasm for a car dealership. Mercedes has a true life long customer. More
