Today I had the pleasure of completing my purchase at Lester Glenn Mazda working with Gwen. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was.. Earlier this week I found myself in the unexpec Lester Glenn Mazda working with Gwen. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was.. Earlier this week I found myself in the unexpected situation of having to get a new car. I was not thrilled at the prospect as in the past I have found car shopping as a woman to be demeaning. I went to another local dealership and was completely underwhelmed by the treatment I received. I decided to check out Lester Glenn Mazda and from the moment I walked in the experience couldn’t have been more different. From the minute I spoke to Gwen I knew I was in the right place. Gwen asked questions and actually listened to my answers. She showed me the perfect car and didn’t play games with dickering on the price. There was no hard sell no upselling and made it clear that she wanted me to be happy with my purchase. When I met the manager and the rest of the team at Lester Glenn Mazda they were friendly and not pushy. Making sure I was well informed and happy was the goal.
