Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. I have been a customer of Toyota Town for over 30 years. The sales and service departments are both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with Gwen Jones to lease my most recent Toyota. She was very helpful in explaining the various options for the car itself and for the purchasing vs leasing/financing. She was a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. When I picked up the car, I was given an hour of training with Manas Bandha to familiarize me with the new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and also invited me to schedule another session in a couple of weeks to go over any questions I may have or to look at more of the features available with the car. Very helpful! More

The location is perfectly situated on the London auto mall road. I am very happy with my total experience in purchasing my 2022 RAV 4. What is key is that the original lease of the product was also from this dealership, with a knowledge and relationship of the RAV 4 from its origins. Gwen Jones was an excellent salesperson. Gwen is very knowledgeable, plus her 25 years with Toyota Town and Toyota products. A please to work with through the entire process. Thank you!
