Very professional and courteous. The only issue I had was that I was told I would have to wait all day for my car to be ready and it was done in 3 hours. I was very disappointed that I was not told at the time of making my appointment that I should expect to be at the dealership all day and that I should only have a quarter tank of gas in my car for it to b of making my appointment that I should expect to be at the dealership all day and that I should only have a quarter tank of gas in my car for it to be serviced.
