Appointments mean nothing. The customer service is terrible from the beginning to the end. This was at the counter just trying to check in. I asked if I should wait at the shop for the car and was told it would be 2 hours at most. I waited there for 4.5 hours. After paying, it took another .5 hours for the valet to pull up the car. This place is the worst. More
