Dont walk away from Dallas Autos Direct - RUN! - THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! - LESS THAN ZERO MORALS!Before reading about my absolute nightmare of a vehicle purchase experience from these ABS - THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! - LESS THAN ZERO MORALS!Before reading about my absolute nightmare of a vehicle purchase experience from these ABSOLUTE LIARS , SCAMMERS, THIEVES , dont take my word for it run a cursory search for dealer ratings and other buyers feedback for DALLAS AUTOS DIRECT or DIRECT AUTOS DALLAS or H&F MOTORS!It's an endless stream of bad reviews, raw deals and incredulous customers with each persons experience seemingly worse than the next. You seriously cant make tup just how horrifically they have treated past customers and you will see a trend where these customers are confused as to why and how the CRIMINALS at DALLS AUTOS DIRECT are still in business when they were supposedly being shut down.Every new customer review detailing a matching discourse of being lied to about the condition of cars, trying to get resolution and having these SCAMMERS kick the can down the road hoping they will just go away. Given limited space - here is a fraction of my ************* SUMMARY,They lied about the car being a ONE OWNER to get me to purchase.They lied about the ignition problem being a known issue they were already in the processes of fixing.They lied about the ignition problem being a simple part fix.They lied about the 'fix' being completed the following week of purchase.They refused to acknowledge the ignition problem and *every single person* I worked with for months trying to gain resolution to my plight all left the company. They have put me off for over a full year! The DALLS AUTOS DIRECT GM called me xxxxface! After deciding they weren't going to fix the car or trade me into a working vehicle, the car was towed back to y house WITH THE WRONG KEY Ive been asking them for OVER TWO MONTHS and they STILL HAVENT RETURNED MY ONLY KEY!I have the names and contact information for every person I dealt with at Dallas Autos Direct as well as all the fraudulent docs. More

0 stars is unfortunately not an available option! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sold us a vehicle that we found out needs as much work as we paid for it. They said they would "work with us", but constantly gave us the run around. When we took it to our own mechanic all of the issues have been existent prior to us purchasing the car - Dallas Auto's Direct is refusing to rectify the situation and make it right. Shame on me for not reading these reviews first. It appears it is a common theme for this dealership to scam their customers. I have pictures and recordings of their lies. BUYER BEWARE More

THEY SOLD US A VEHICLE THAT NEEDS ABOUT $13000 WORTH OF WORK. WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM (Lou Othman) ABOUT IT SINCE WE BOUGHT IT THE VEHICLE AND HE KEEPS GIVING US THE RUN AROUND. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I found my car online and I was eager to get it even though I was already iffy about going to this establishment due to past/current reviews. The dea I found my car online and I was eager to get it even though I was already iffy about going to this establishment due to past/current reviews. The dealer wasn’t welcoming until I told him how much my loan was worth and until I told him i for sure wanted to buy the car. Not to mention that From the beginning ,before I even test drove the car, he stated there was no returns. During the sale pitch process , any questions I asked he would move pass them EXCEPT for when I asked about the reviews and he had a ramble story for every single one. He said they were fake and from competition. He ensured me over and over there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, which I should’ve questioned more since I had to bring 3 things that were wrong with the car to his attention (the wheels being bald , wheel alignment, and the odometer being wrong). If I wouldn’t have brought those to his attention he wouldn’t have even mentioned it to me. He tried to convince me to get an expensive warranty and I ended up talking him into getting a warranty separate from the car that I could cancel anytime and the warranty was/is useless due to the problem with my car having pre-existing problems. The paper Of acknowledgment that I signed , stated I’m agreeing to purchase the car as is as described by the dealer or the exact words “the described vehicle is sold as is without either expressed or implied warranties of any kind by seller” . If I would’ve been informed about these problems up front I wouldn’t be here. I’m not asking to return the vehicle I’m asking for the issues to be covered/fixed. Also, I was scammed out of five hundred dollars to get the “extended warranty” started. I was sold a “warranty” that was already voided because of the pre existing problems that I was told wasn’t there. They also didn’t tell me about the discrepancy with the car not being able to pass emissions until I mentioned it. The odometer also had a discrepancy as well. More

Came in not knowing what I wanted and everyone I spoke to there helped in every way they can to answer every question I had and to help me find the perfect car for me! What I loved most is they don’t try to there helped in every way they can to answer every question I had and to help me find the perfect car for me! What I loved most is they don’t try to push you to buy they leave that choice up to you so you don’t feel pressured instead they make you feel comfortable with what ever decision you choose to make. I went to multiple dealerships before visiting dallas autos direct and no one at any other dealership made me feel as comfortable as they did! Thank you so much you guys and thank you to the amazing team you guys have that helped me purchase my dream car at such a great price!! I love my new car can’t believe it’s used feels like new! You guys are amazing! More
