I was so pleasant I was hesitant to buy a car and one reason was I did not want to go through the process and be pushed into something I might regret. I was so pleasantly surprised by Haley, the salesperson who worked with me. When it came down to making a decision I was given plenty of time and space and I did not feel pressured at all by Haley or Jeremy. They offered suggestions, information and recommendations without pressuring me and I felt very good about the decision I made because when I made it I knew it had been for the right reasons. The finance person, Charles (Hux) was also very thorough in explaining the paperwork and again I felt no pressure to purchase a further warranty. I am very happy with my car and the entire process of selecting and buying a car was much better than I could have anticipated ~thank you Haley and Jenkins Hyundai staff and Happy New Year🎉 More

Great Dealership with one Bad Apple First impression with Jenkins was horrible as initial salesman had a very short fuse, was rude and confrontational. It was so bad I sought out the sal First impression with Jenkins was horrible as initial salesman had a very short fuse, was rude and confrontational. It was so bad I sought out the sales managers. After a lengthy discussion with the sales managers, I let them know I had no intentions of buying a vehicle from them. I was ready to buy from a competitor. But I didn't want to leave this stone unturned so I allowed them to introduce me to another sales person just so I could check my mental box that I looked at the PALISADE. Well Haley was the perfect saleswoman. She was patient and low pressure. We spent time looking at the various trims followed by a long test drive where she covered the many features of the Palisade. As we arrived in the parking lot I told her I was still leaning in another direction which I honestly was as I had been negotiating with another dealership on a Highlander. I told her they had 10 minutes to make me an offer I couldn't refuse as I didn't want waste their or my time. Well they did just that and I bought the Palisade. A complete surprise to all of us after my initial experience. I love the Palisade but I especially love how Jenkins has treated me since the deal was made. Haley went out of her way to make sure everything went smooth and continues to do so days after our purchase. She cleaned out our trade-in while we were doing the paper work and spent as much time as we needed going over the vehicle once again. We took the Palisade back the next day to have tinting put on the windows. Haley met me at the door and walked me through the process, followed by Salina, one of the sales managers I had talked to the night before. Then they offered me a loaner for the 3 hours it was going to take to complete the detailing. I never been offered a loaner for 3 hours. My expectation was I'd be sitting in Jenkins waiting area. What a pleasant surprise. Once my vehicle was ready, Haley went over some more features in the Palisade, again taking her time. When I got ready to leave, Salina came all the way outside to make sure I was happy with everything and to wish me well. They really made me feel they appreciated my business. I'd like to give Jenkins 5 stars but I have to hold them accountable for putting a salesman out there with a short fuse and doesn't know how to properly interact with customers. In the end am I extremely pleased with my purchase and look forward to visiting Jenkins again. I highly recommend but ask for Haley. More
