Hani set everything up for us so that all we had to do when arrived for our appointment was basically pick out the color! It was a smooth, stress-free experience. We called Saturday AM and made an appointment to view the car. The car was in good shape for the year and mileage; (I think we were the first to drive it on the dealer oil change.) We paid with a personal check so are still awaiting the title (check cleared yesterday so we expect the title tomorrow.) More
