Hani is a Superstar! It’s been a long time since I have purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I have stayed away because of pushy sale persons in the past. We went in knowing what vehicle we wanted and Hani Rashid met us as we walked in. He didn’t waste time with any sales pitch or steering is into other vehicles. He did a great job in addressing our questions about the vehicle and even addressed a problem with it on the spot. I had issues with my bank on financing but Hani had a backup plan for financing to get the deal done. I might have spent maybe an hour at the dealership with the 1st visitlooking at the vehicle and the 2nd signing the papers and leaving with the vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
