Hani Rashid was our salesman and he zeroed in on exactly what we needed. We were looking for a good used car to be an "additional" vehicle with a new driver in the family. We had a few cars in mind but when I said I was just looking for the best value, he had a recent trade in mind and showed us a meticulously cared for 2011 Subaru Forester. The car was priced right and he let my wife and I take our time with the decision. We bought the car, but that is not where the story ends. I took the car on a short road trip and it was parked outside during two days of steady rain. Upon getting in the car to go home, the headliner was soaked and it appeared the moon roof was leaking. I took the car back and they could not duplicate the problem. They did not give up. They removed the headliner and patiently ran water until a small leak was identified. They applied a repair and leak checked with no more leaks. I had only owned the car a week but fully expected to be responsible for the repair. This was done at NO cost to me. Zero, zip, nada. They had multiple technicians working on this problem for hours. Unbelievable. When I need a vehicle, Morrie's will be the first and last place I look. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with them and they certainly put the customer first. I give them my highest recommendation. And by the way, the car is sweet. Our experience at that time and since has been extre A little over four years ago, we bought a new 2014 Subaru Outback at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru. Our experience at that time and since has been extremely positive, both with our Outback and with the quality service provided by Morrie's excellent people. Yesterday we took our 2014 in for its routine 37.5K mile check up and, before we knew it, we had essentially sold ourselves, while browsing through the floor models, on trading it in on the 2019 version of itself. I say "sold ourselves" because we never felt the least bit of sales pressure, but instead came naturally to see that the more-advanced safety features of the 2019 model made the idea of a trading in our 2014 now extremely appealing. Our salesperson was outstanding, as was the used-car person who appraised our trade in and, also, the person who oversaw and guided the details of the financing. Given where we live, the Minnetonka location is not the most geographically convenient of the various Subaru dealerships in the Twin Cities for us, but we feel that slight geographic inconvenience is more than offset by the great service and support they provide. We recommend them very enthusiastically and without reservation. More

Instead the dealership took the issue and created an environment that put my needs and wants and made them a priority. I wasn’t able to leave the dealership on my initial visit with the car I wanted because of an inventory issue. I did however, get into the car that I really wanted only a week later, and was given a great price on my trade. I was very impressed by Hani and his commitment to making me happy. Scott was fantastic and helped make the paperwork go smooth and easy. Eva was delightful, she made the financial end of the deal effortless and simple. Every person in the building made an effort to recognize me and when appropriate make small talk and make sure I was being taken care of. I highly recommend Morries.
