Andy the service writer did an excellent job communicating. However, my truck is still experiencing an issue which were not addressed the couple times the truck was at the dealership. There is a communicating. However, my truck is still experiencing an issue which were not addressed the couple times the truck was at the dealership. There is a shudder in the transmission that correlates with the DFM and torque converter that was deemed “normal” by the technicians. I worry this diagnosis by the technician will cause further damage to the truck. More
