Had a live chat with internet person told her what I wanted. Appointment was set up to meet Matt or George I get there no Matt or George. I was given Hannah who claimed she was a sales rep but dealer ra wanted. Appointment was set up to meet Matt or George I get there no Matt or George. I was given Hannah who claimed she was a sales rep but dealer rater has her as a Product Specialist. Hannah proceeded to fill out paperwork and talk about my trade in, she asked for my registration which you don't need to obtain a car value. She kept asking me what I was interested in what I wanted. I said I went through this already and she could tell I was annoyed. I said I wanted to test drive and talk price. She said let me go pull your paperwork, paperwork? What dealer has paperwork on someone who just walked in the door? I had an Internet chat there was no paperwork for her to pull. I'm guessing it was dealer talk for let the customer sit out there and wait. I got tired of waiting so I left, I forgot they had my lisence and had to go back when I get there she's chewing on food and telling me she was getting my car for me. So she lied (shocker at a car dealer I know) about pulling my paperwork (again what paperwork?) then proceeded to lie again and say she was pulling my car out, I had parked in the back and had to walk the length of the dealership she was nowhere outside. I later spoke to the general manager he had the actual gaul to lie to me and say she was outside with the car, she wasn't outside with the car she was still inside. That car should have been pulled up waiting for me to test drive when I got there. I would give them a zero stars if I could. More
