Did not have a second key for the car. Either my wife or me did not hear the salesman or he did not tell us. Will cost us $200 for a second key. Also, they touted a 190 check of the car. When we got home we found that one fluid container was empty (washer fluid). Would be helpful for us to have a printed sheet on what they checked and what they took care of. More

Jasmine was TOP NOTCH from the time we startred all the way to the end and it didn't take long at all to do the paperwork and we felt totally relaxed and was never pushed into buying a vehicle. Both Shane & Erik were wonderful to work with. Although the process of having to buy a car is stressfull, neither made us feel pressured or uncomfortable.
