Warranty and recall work always seems to take a backseat to other repairs and service. This is true for every dealership I’ve used. I understand it’s a money issue but repeat business across all dealerships to other repairs and service. This is true for every dealership I’ve used. I understand it’s a money issue but repeat business across all dealerships could be enhanced if a better system were in place to expedite ALL customer repairs. When we have no choice but to wait for completion it gets very time consuming. With the current administration in Washington paying people rather than forcing them to find a job, I’m fully aware of the challenge to find qualified, reliable, people. Everyone I spoke with at Jenkins were very accommodating and professional! I’ll be back. More
