Hi, my name is Hannah. I have been with Maple Hill since 2019 as the Volkswagen service advisor. I have been in the automotive industry since 2012. I fell in love with helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles and what they need to do to fix them. I have received and maintained a master service consultant certificate for the last three years with Volkswagen. I'm sorry that this was your experience. Our service advisor did everything she could to make sure you didn't spend unnecessarily. When it became apparent that the work you requested was going to have to be redone when one of the leaks we found was fixed, she told you right away not to do the service so that you didn't double pay. We quoted you what it was going to be to fix what we found, and charged you for the diagnosis time that you authorized when you dropped your vehicle off.
