There are many local Toyota dealers that are much closer and more convenient to my home but I have no regrets in my dealings with this dealership. I have purchased two cars in two years both from Sunny, and find him to be top in his league. I bought a Prius two years ago, and left completely satisfied. I remember at the time we were chatting and he asked me would I like a coffee, I said jokenly as long as its a dunkin donuts coffee two minutes late he is back with coffee from Dunkin Donuts. This was not only a nice touch but a great example of customer service. As a business owner I know when people goe the extra mile and appreciate it. In addition I had the car about two weeks when Sunny called me to ask me how the everything was, pure class! Yesterday was no different I went in into the dealership to inquire about a Venza, and from no-where Sunny appeared and said Mr Doyne how can I help you. I ended up getting a 2013 Venza, and thanks to Sunny it was a smooth sale. I picked the car up today and once again I am elated I am like a kid with a new toy. I have recommended Braintree Toyota to friends, and will continue to do so, this is down to the incredible service of people like Sunny. Slainte! (Cheers in Irish) Dermot! More
