The service was long on repairing my truck. I waited almost 3 weeks to get my truck back and still the parts that was needed for my wiper did not arrive. I took my truck in to have it worked on. I left it with the dealer. They didn’t check engine light. They just pulled it out from where electric parked in the lot and told me they couldn’t do I left it with the dealer. They didn’t check engine light. They just pulled it out from where electric parked in the lot and told me they couldn’t do nothing to it. The only thing was wrong with it I told him I needed a number two glue plug changed out and the real pressure system checked, and they didn’t do it so you don’t have to worry about me ever coming back to a Ford dealership again I wouldn’t take nothing or recommend even want to take anything to him. I never been so treated so sorry and all of my life at a dealership when I owned their product and I will never buy another Ford product long as I live. More
