He was by far the most pleasant person I had ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He was extremely informative and patient with me. I bought the E class sedan and fell in love with it. Since that time, I have purchased 3 more Mercedes and ask for Harry every single time. I feel comfortable with him and trust him completely. The staff is so friendly and I feel so comfortable when I walk in, the building is so clean, the service department is on top of everything, I just love going there. I have loved every one of my purchases but the one I recently purchased is unbelievable. Mercedes just keeps getting better and better. The GLC 300 is incredible. I absolutely love it. I was recently in an accident with my third Mercedes. A man fell asleep at the wheel and hit me from behind while I was stopped at a red light. He hit me going 40 mph. If you would see the pictures, you would want to be in a Mercedes too. This is the reason why I keep going back. Quality, strong, dependable and tons of great features.
