Keep looking do not purchase a vehicle here plenty of other ford dealers to patronize. Finance people very deceptive used car department great until after the sale.. If I could rate any lower I would definitely. Horrible experience of my life with this dealership. Finance rep McKenzie forged my signature in the last contract and lied to my husband and I about Horrible experience of my life with this dealership. Finance rep McKenzie forged my signature in the last contract and lied to my husband and I about being able to return the car if we weren't comfortable with the payments in which we went 2 days after and he stated that they could fix what's needed so we could be happy with the vehicle. Told us to write a list of the things that need to be fixed but we said we didn't want this car because it's too much and he said we weren't able to anymore after a month I went to check the contract and come to find out drive provided had no info on anything so we went to the office but he wasn't there so another rep printed and gave us a drive and that's when we found out he forged my signature. I can't believe they would do such a thing but he did and now I am stuck with a car I can't afford. To top it off I went in for a change of axel and it was supposedly fixed the axel still has problems but I'm so upset with the whole back and forth with them I am just dealing with it. I would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. More
