Dealership and employees were nice. When I got there for test drive they had to go fill the car with gas, it had less than 20 miles in the tank. The Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I recently purchased a Volvo at Jaffarian. I drove in to the dealership and was greeted by Gavin (the owner) with a friendly hello and was introduced I recently purchased a Volvo at Jaffarian. I drove in to the dealership and was greeted by Gavin (the owner) with a friendly hello and was introduced to Harut Yesayan who soon handed me the keys to the used vehicle I came test drive. I returned to the showroom, was offered a fair price for my car and without pressure, began and completed the process of buying the car that evening. I have to give kudo's to Greg in finance too who even made that process pleasurable as he shared funny jokes and stories. Harut Yesayan went above and beyond to get me into my XC90. I can't say enough about the consumer service I received. Harut sat with me in the car for an hour when I picked it up and went over every vehicle feature/option. He continued to help with the Volvo app on my phone the next day when the app wasn't working properly. If I could, I would tell everyone to buy their vehicles at Jaffarian. Thanks again.
