A supposedly 45 minute battery recall item took well over 3 hours to complete. Bad communication to the customer about the issues and problems causing the delay. MX found time to inspect the car and sugges 3 hours to complete. Bad communication to the customer about the issues and problems causing the delay. MX found time to inspect the car and suggest the brakes needed new pads. Took so long I had to drive up to swap with my son so he could make a meeting. More
