I ordered my car mid July and was told it would be here at the end of August. That was further delayed and I didn’t end up receiving my car until the end of September. All in all the dealership made me who at the end of August. That was further delayed and I didn’t end up receiving my car until the end of September. All in all the dealership made me whole for car rentals and I am pleased with how they handled the situation as it was a major inconvenience to me, but also a surprise to them as well. The communication could have been better along the way (ie, I was told my car was ready to go and then told the next day it wasn’t). But I think a lot of that was due to BMW corporate and out of the dealerships hands. All in all I am pleased with the purchase experience. More
