While the staff was nice. We drove an hour and a half to view a vehicle that we had inquired about. We came in and looked at 2, we asked would they take $1,000 less, the guy s We drove an hour and a half to view a vehicle that we had inquired about. We came in and looked at 2, we asked would they take $1,000 less, the guy said no, I can take $500 off of this one and $1,000 off the other one (it had a lot more miles and was older) we said okay. We go in and they said their system was down so they had to handwrite the price. They wrote it for the amount it originally was. My husband said, oh, you forgot to take the $500 off he said no, I didnt say that. I said that on the other one. My husband, myself, and our 15 year old son all heard him say he would take $500 off. But it was late and we just paid it. Ironically, we could sign papers electronically with their system being down. So fast forward, we get home and then see we had received an email about the vehicle around 4pm, that said the vehicle had been reduced $500. That was before we even got to the dealership. Now it makes sense that their "system was down" my husband called them and they are refusing to make it right. The staff was friendly when we were there, but this is super shady. They had reduced the vehicle and yet charged us the price it was before it was reduced. They took advantage and we will not do future business with them, nor would we tell anyone to use them. We recommend honest and dependable people who stand by their word. Our vehicle wasnt even cleaned because the service department was down, they could have spared their $500. So buyer beware. Do your research first. More

While there are some helpful people at this dealership, ask LOTS of questions before you agree to anything. Further, I wouldn’t recommend trying to buy a vehicle if it’s anywhere close to closing time. Ju ask LOTS of questions before you agree to anything.
