This dealer is absolutely by far the worst dealer I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. They not only LIED to me about my financing, telling me they were going to use my Credit Union but instead used s ever encountered in my entire life. They not only LIED to me about my financing, telling me they were going to use my Credit Union but instead used someone else at 13% interest rate on top of telling me that I was signing a loan application when it was in fact a contract. Furthermore, they did not honor their warranty when I brought the car for service. Instead they yelled at me and told me they would no longer be having any communication with me. They also LIED to me about the vehicle… They promised it had never had any accidents or prior damage when in fact it has. They even provided me with a carfax that was clean!! This has been an absolute nightmare!! Worst of all, I put $14,000.00 down and was supposed to only have financed the remaining $5,xxx.xx but instead I owe nearly $11,xxx.xx after all of their lies I’ll be paying nearly $30,000.00 for a $18,000.00 car with prior damage, no warranty since they won’t honor that, a car that won’t accelerate and also has warning messages popping up on the dash!! Oh and let’s not forget to park it under a covering when it is raining because it LEAKS WATER INTO THE CAR!! I wonder if that is due to the back windshield or the front windshield being busted and then replaced?? Oh but there is no prior damage!! The RADIO doesn’t even get stations at all!!! They are a fraudulent, lying, deceptive, disgusting dealer who should not be allowed to sell vehicles to the public and I’m going to do anything and everything I can to stop them from being able to do this to another customer ever again! More

We found that everyone at Jenkins Ford acted like your best friend at the time of the sale, within the first few miles of driving the 2015 Mustang, we found several minor things wrong that we feel the dea best friend at the time of the sale, within the first few miles of driving the 2015 Mustang, we found several minor things wrong that we feel the dealership should have corrected that were missed prior to resale, in addition (we missed) that the car had burn holes in the rear seat, that the salesman should have made us aware of. When we contacted the sales department sales department they seemed indicate that the car is sold as is and informed us that we were on our own regarding repairs. I told the salesman that I would have never even have purchased the car if I'd have seen the burn holes in the seat, the salesman indicated that they may buy the vehicle back, however I would lose the sizeable sales tax we paid in the "cash" sale. In addition we paid in excess of 2k for and additional warranty that covers none of the repairs needed. Very disappointing. William & Janice Abram More
