I am very pleased with the customer service at Hawk Mazda. They have always treated me with friendliness and respect. I received a complimentary loaner car for my maintenance service that would normall Mazda. They have always treated me with friendliness and respect. I received a complimentary loaner car for my maintenance service that would normally take a few hours. As a busy Mom of 2 students and athletes having this service is very convenient. Thank you! More

Took my vehicle in for service. 1 1 Dropped off truck April 11. I had to make multiple calls with no response. Finally talked to service manager on May 1. Said part not available and didn't know when it would be. I had to make multiple calls with no response. Finally talked to service manager on May 1. Said part not available and didn't know when it would be. Miraculously Hecter called May 4 said it was done. Parts not available is one thing but no communication is not acceptable. My 2 trucks and wife's suv will be serviced somewhere else. I won't be back More
