I don’t know about anyone else but I do not like going to car dealerships for many reasons. This time around I had my best experience ever. Travis was my car dealer and what a pleasant experience. My experience didn’t stop there it went on with the financial people which were very helpful. I strongly recommend anyone that is looking for a car to seek them out. The car dealership has a wide variety of vehicles. I believe my experience would have been better if I had a different sales representative. I was asked to start signing paperwork to purchase a vehicle and when I asked the sales representative if I can test drive the car first to make sure I liked it, he was surprised. He didn't have any knowledge of the vehicle whatsoever and didn't care to find the answers. It was apparent that he didn't want to be working and i overheard him several times stating that he just wanted to go home. I felt like an inconvenience being his customer. There were hidden fees that weren't disclosed. I had a few issues with discrepancies on the finance paperwork, but Jeremy resolved them. Hector was excellent and provided great communication and customer service. I feel my experience would have been completely different if I worked directly with him from the start. More
