I will never buy another vehicle from them. After the way I was treated by the used car managers and the lies from the finance person I will tell everyone I speak with to never buy from them. This was my 3rd and last purchase from this dealer, I will not return or send anyone else to do business there after I was coerced into extra added expenses just to purchase the vehicle. I have requested will not return or send anyone else to do business there after I was coerced into extra added expenses just to purchase the vehicle. I have requested the extra fuds be refunded to my bank and taken off the loan but the damage is done and I cannot see myself, friends or family ever visiting this organization again. More

We drove 3 hours to pick up my chocolate Acura. We handled the sale over the phone with our fantastic salesperson Billy J. He took many photos that were accurate so we didn't find any surprises. The handled the sale over the phone with our fantastic salesperson Billy J. He took many photos that were accurate so we didn't find any surprises. The dealership was clean and the staff friendly. Our trade in car was examined and our belongings transferred to the new car. After about 30 minutes we were ready for the finance department. We had to finance the car for at least 6 months or the price would be increased by $1500. This should have been easy. Hederlano (Ed) Oliveira made the financing a nightmare. First, he began to tell us that the agreed upon price did not include any dealer fees, etc. We will hope this was a misunderstanding and not an attempt to change the deal. We showed him the written deal and he relented. Then he tried to sell us the "protection package". We declined saying the car is under warranty and we have insurance for any damage that could occur. His first lie was that the factory warranty was only good for the first owner, and that the power train warranty was our only protection. This is a 2020 car with 6600 miles on it. The CarFax stated we have 36 months plus left on the factory warranty. We showed him this, as well as the Acura website which clearly states that the factory warranty is good for multiple owners as long as the time and mileage terms are in effect. When the financing came back, we agreed to the interest rate which was high considering our excellent credit scores. By this time, my husband had asked 3 or 4 times to see the bill of sale. We were in the finance department for about 2 1/2 hours before we had the first piece of paper to sign. Mr. Oliveira never checked for multiple bank rates and he never asked us how long we wanted to finance, even though we told him we were going to pay it off in 6 months. In the last 10 minutes of our finance experience, he produced a flurry of paperwork. One document was the finance term which was 72 months! When questioned, he said that the interest rate is lower the longer the term. We did not question this. We discovered his second lie when we left the dealership. My husband checked financing terms with our bank. Our credit union had supplied us with a bank draft to purchase the car, but it was not accepted by the finance department. Turns out, the interest rate is LOWER for shorter finance periods. It is such a shame to have a great sales experience only to have it ruined by someone who either needs a great deal of finance training or is dishonest. I should add that he made several visits to what I can only assume was his finance manager's office, who presumably knew what he was telling us. My rating is a 3 because the car is stunning, the sales team was excellent and one bad employee does not ruin a dealership. However, I would ask for a different finance rep if I were you. It was almost worth the extra $1500 to have avoided meeting Mr. Oliveira. More
