This was the worst experience in a dealership I have ever had. I felt unheard. I had an experience with the service manager that was threatening. He pounced on me, called be BUD and told me 3 times to come get my Jeep and take somewhere else. I live 2 and 1/2 hours away, broke down on I75. Had to rent a car for 3 weeks at my expense. I have owned 2 Jeeps since 2017, I have this week traded my Jeep for a Toyota and will never come back. You have lost me forever because of this dealership. I am 69 years old been driving since I was 16. Never been treated this way. Not to worry, I am gone. I wish you well. More
