We tried to set up a time to return their loaner as it was 400 miles from 4000 miles and per usual wr didnt get a call back until I got called off an employees cellphone and cussed out by the manager on the 17th while he informed me they would not be finishing the diagnostic on a problem they had made worse over the 8 weeks they had our Durango. I chose this dealership bc it was closer to my job, and I had previously worked with a few of the employees elsewhere. Jerry included. In 8 weeks they could not diagnose my vehicle, did not replace my.fob or even update me about the fob replacement, and didnt even inquire about an upcoming oil change, nor did they even complete that when I requested it on August 14th 2026. Instead Helena gave my husband and I contradicting replies resulting in my husband and I being confused as to what was tested, or replaced. Jerry and Helena and the rest of the management involved in this nightmare can rest assured I will not be bringing my vehicle back. More

She was a pleasure to speak with and provided me with updates. She explained the work and charges and answered all of my question. They completed all of the work that I requested and had it back to me sooner than I thought they would. They even provided me with rides to and from the dealership. The fresh baked cookie was a pleasant surprise. More

am writing a second review I dropped my Jeep off for initial oil change and recall on July 2nd, it was returned to me in an unsatisfactory state. The dealership reached out to me to try to correct the initial oil change and recall on July 2nd, it was returned to me in an unsatisfactory state. The dealership reached out to me to try to correct the issue. I scheduled another service appointment for July 22nd. I arrived a few minutes before my schedule service time where I had Helena as my service manager this time. I was informed after , 4 hours of waiting at the dealership, that my computer would have to be deleted and reflashed because of an issue with the 4xe computer system involving battery and engine kicking in and full Electric. At that point I was offered a loaner vehicle and was able to leave the dealership and go home. I received a text the next morning my jeep was washed and ready to go. When I came to pick up my vehicle it was clean it had a detail done , which I was very happy with, And my battery was charged fully this time . I asked my service manager upon dropping off and picking up if any type of inspection was done , ie inspection on 12 volt battery , brakes , tires tred, tire rotation ?I was told verbally this had been done but I was given no paperwork to reflect my vehicle had an inspection with the oil change. On the way home once I was able to get up to 60 mph my battery kicked in on full electric mode. I texted my service manager to please give me a call at her earliest convenience, and I never received a call. My service manager never responded back to my text, so I had to look on the 4xe Jeep forum to figure out what is going on with my Jeep. I have let it go through four complete charge and discharge cycles for the electric battery. I am still having issues with my engine kicking in on full electric when I go over 60 mph. I am having more issues where my aux buttons are not working and I've had a message pop up on my instrument cluster regarding my auxiliary buttons. Ultimately I feel my service manager did things to the best of her ability. But I am highly dissatisfied with 4xe as a brand at this point. If I bring my Jeep back in , will any of the service technicians know what to do with it? How many service technicians actually know and are trained on the 4xe? What is stalinis doing to correct the Nationwide problem with the 4xe Jeep. More
