Hi, my name is Henry Peterson but everyone always calls me Hank! I have had the privilege of working at Hillside Honda alongside a great management team for 10 years now. By far I have been going to Hillside Honda since I bought my HONDA CIVIC, I've heard about their service through a family friend, and since then I wouldn't trust anybody else with my auto service. They are very efficient, very organized, and also give you a complete detail about the service being done, and how long it would take. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! More

Excellent,Professional,fast,the best of the best thats how I describe the service at hillside honda. this is the third veh I bought from them and I always received the same service from all of the service how I describe the service at hillside honda. this is the third veh I bought from them and I always received the same service from all of the service advisors. no matter whats wrong with my veh they always treated me how a customer need to be treated. i go in the morning get my veh back in the afternoon and i get a rental for the day at no cost.SATISFIED CUSTOMER ALL THE WAY.. JUST BOUGHT A 2010 HONDA PILOT FROM HILLSIDE HONDA, THE BEST VEH EVER. COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE, BUT MOST IMPORTANT GOOD PRICE. I WAS PLANNING A LONG TRIP WITH MY FAMILY IT WAS A LAST MINUTE THING, WANTED T BEST VEH EVER. COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE, BUT MOST IMPORTANT GOOD PRICE. I WAS PLANNING A LONG TRIP WITH MY FAMILY IT WAS A LAST MINUTE THING, WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE OIL LEVEL AS WELL AS THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS GOOD FOR A LONG RIDE. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPT SO I JUST DROVE IN, SPOKE TO HENRY FROM THE SERVICE DEPT, TOLD ME IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM IF I DID NOT HAVE AN APPT, HAD MY OIL CHANGE WITHIN 45 MINTS, THEY TOP OFF MY FLUIDS AND LEFT HAPPY BECAUSE THEY ACCOMMODATE ME, WENT TO MY TRIP AND CAME BACK MY TRUCK STILL IN THE PERFECT CONDITIONS...I WAS VERY SATISFIED THE WAY THEY HANDLED ME AND I WILL DEF BUY AND SERVICE MORE CARS FROM HILLSIDE HONDA. my friend usually takes his veh to hillside Honda. one day i went with him just to see how everything was just because it sounded to good to be truth when he told me about the treatment hes got from them. day i went with him just to see how everything was just because it sounded to good to be truth when he told me about the treatment hes got from them. well i seen it with my own eyes, never experience that before, i used to take my veh to paragon Honda and what a joke they are.. unlike hillside honda they took my veh in the same day i called in without any problems they checked it while i was waiting from it. no words to describe the service advisor henry who went behind the point... im so proud to have a honda and its all because of hillside honda *_*.. I WAS LOOKING FOR A DEALER FOR OVER A YEAR, I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WOULD GET NOT ONLY A GOOD DEAL BUT ALSO WANTED SOMEONE I COULD TRUST IN GETTING MY VEH FIXED. WHEN A FRIEND OF MINE TOLD ME ABOUT TH MAKE SURE THAT I WOULD GET NOT ONLY A GOOD DEAL BUT ALSO WANTED SOMEONE I COULD TRUST IN GETTING MY VEH FIXED. WHEN A FRIEND OF MINE TOLD ME ABOUT THE EXCELLENT DEAL HE GOT FROM HILLSIDE HONDA I WENT STRAIGHT THERE BOUGHT A NEW CAR AND I ALWAYS TAKE IT FOR SERVICES. THE PERSON I DEALT WITH A COUPLE OF TIMES IT WAS HENRY GREAT PERSON VERY PROFESSIONAL. IF I NEED AN APPOINTMENT I JUST HAVE TO CALL GET ONE RIGHT AWAY... LOVE YOU GUYS. More

The service staff is very polite and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and knowlegeable about what your car needs. And, I've been told, the hourly labor cost is about $5.00 of their way to make sure you are comfortable and knowlegeable about what your car needs. And, I've been told, the hourly labor cost is about $5.00 a hour cheaper than other Honda dealers! I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. More
