I bought a truck from these guys six months ago. When I bought it they said they would take care of the registration fully knowing that I was an out of state customer. After getting back to Texas I When I bought it they said they would take care of the registration fully knowing that I was an out of state customer. After getting back to Texas I discovered it was not registered. I called them and they said “we don’t do that”. After six months trying to get this truck registered I’ve still had no success. While a large part of the delay has been the stupidity of the bank and the county tax office if the dealership had done what they said they were going to do I wouldn’t be in a situation where I have a new truck that I can not legally drive. Do not trust these guys. More

Bought a 2020 f150 with 60k miles last week before signing anything I heard a weird noise coming from rear I asked if it could get checked out before I bought. I was told my vehicle had Navigation and it does not , I am till waiting on my tags , going on 2 months . Manager does not call back. My brakes are still squeaking . I asked all the correct questions and re am till waiting on my tags , going on 2 months . Manager does not call back. My brakes are still squeaking . I asked all the correct questions and received all the answers but there answers were lies and now they are just full of apologies . Poor poor customer service, please do not put yourself thru the misery I am still going thru two months later . Purchased 8/17/2021 still trying to get answers 10/20/2021 . Now I have no tags as they expired yesterday and Schon the manger will not return calls . 4 visit to the dealership today . More

In April 2021 we received excellent service from Julien Mendez, Service Advisor. Julien was a good communicator and kept us informed throughout the process. Camelback Ford went the extra mile for us. Our maintenance work lasted 2 days and we were provided with a rental car that had just 5 miles on it. We received a warm greeting from Herb Jernukian while we were in the lobby. The whole team at Camelback seemed friendly and glad to be of service to their customers. This is definitely a place we want to do business with! More

Awesome experience!! Cody, Lexi and Jose were very professional through the whole process. I know I gave them a hard time, but they are definitely the best dealer I worked with by far!
