We were told to have our car there first thing Monday morning. We did that. Originally said they would have it for a day. When we got there, he said it would be 24 to 36 hours. The service department sa morning. We did that. Originally said they would have it for a day. When we got there, he said it would be 24 to 36 hours. The service department said they would call us that day to tell us what was wrong with it. 30 hours later we have not yet received a phone call. My husband had to drive back up after work and was told that it hasn’t even been looked at yet. No loaner car. I had to miss work today now I’m gonna be missing tomorrow. We had to rent a car to come home and unfortunately we had to take the enterprise car back to Carmel - Over an hour from our home. So it’ll be past 36 hours Wednesday morning and obviously it’s not gonna be fixed tonight. I wouldn’t bring my car here for anything. We couldn’t get through to the service area unless I opted to make an appt. That lady couldn’t find our car in their system. The receiving technician didn’t put husbands number on the acct. frustrated. More
