Those are just a few of the words that come to mind when thinking about my experience at Auct harmonious teamwork, attentive, loquacious and big fun. Those are just a few of the words that come to mind when thinking about my experience at Auction Direct USA, and that was just the time spent with Hicham. The good news is everyone I met and or was introduced to brought the same level kindness and knowledge to the table. Even when I became anxious to leave, but still had that one last electric form to sign [by the way I forget her name but she had a really soothing voice], they made me feel like they cared and had me apologizing for my anxiousness. Not to mention earlier in the process I had to run home to check on my mom. I was willing to Uber and just come back, however Moussa and Hicham insisted I take my car to be. Who knew kindness in business was still a thing. My aunt and uncle suggested I buy my used car from Auction Direct because they had such a great experience when they purchased their cars from them. My aunt and uncle were correct. Hicham you are the best. Auction Direct you guys rock and I appreciate you ALL! More

I had been to 3 dealerships before getting to Auction Direct. Each had a (1) car that fit my criteria. When I got to Auction Direct they told me they would definitely find the vehicle I wanted. Hicham wa Direct. Each had a (1) car that fit my criteria. When I got to Auction Direct they told me they would definitely find the vehicle I wanted. Hicham walked me out to the lot and we quickly located 3 vehicles that I liked. While I was test driving the first vehicle Hicham found another that was perfect! I spent the last 7 hours driving it to PA and love it even more. I'm glad I looked around before I went to Auction Direct otherwise I wouldn't have known what a special place it is. Thank you to Hicham and Moussa for your dedicated work and getting me into a vehicle I will enjoy for years to come. More

The people I dealt with at the dealership were fine. My problem was with the company the one that's running the dealership I brought a 2019 Cherokee Jeep I didn't realize until after I signed the papers My problem was with the company the one that's running the dealership I brought a 2019 Cherokee Jeep I didn't realize until after I signed the papers that they only have one key for the vehicle I asked them for a second key they wanted me to pay for it because they couldn't find it that's the problem I should not have to pay for the key I put money down over $10,000 and I should not have to buy a key. They should have offered to get me a key for the vehicle if I lose the key I have issues then I don't see what was the problem with them offering to purchase another key for the vehicle after I spent over $10,000 down payment I'm very upset about it and I will not recommend Auto Direct because I was told that I had to pay for another key to be made If I had knew that before I brought the car and signed the papers I would have never brought that truck from you guys with one key. Still angry also we had a contract we went back because they added coverage for the vehicle which was too expensive over $3,000 they never said a word about that during the contract signing I have a problem with the people that work there don't explain the contract. So we came back we took off the coverage got our own coverage they made a new contract this is the second one the new contract made out payments cheaper instead of 299 we're paying $233 they never sent the second contract to the bank so the bank expects us to pay $299 how did he do the other contract without talking to the bank for the $233 a lower payment. I am very upset they are trying to rob us now they want to take the money and send it to the bank where we are paying less years that's not what I wanted I want it a lower payment not less years I am very unhappy with Auto Direct and I will be calling a lawyer because I have the original contract the second time I have two now how do you have a second contract if it wasn't legit. Because I realized they added on coverage that we never agreed upon that's why my bill was $299 I went back got a new contract for 233 now they're trying to act like they never signed a contract for $233 I have the contract I am very unhappy with Auto Direct and I will let Twitter Facebook and anyone that I know about what Auto Direct did to us because they're not trying to correct it More
