I talked to hilary when I called after 4 PM who was honest and up front about being short handed on techs that day and being unsure if the fcm swap and charging system diagnostic I sought would be done. When I stopped by at about 5:30, not only was I told the swap was completed, but the diagnosis was done and the simple repair was being completed. To top it off, the tech who worked on my truck, Dave I think, came over and explained what the problem was when he brought in the paperwork and keys. Above and beyond work by multiple members of of the service department in my opinion. More
