The people at this dealership are awesome starting with the greeter to the receptionist. This is my second new car purchase from this dealership and that is because of the Product Specialists’ and the Ser the greeter to the receptionist. This is my second new car purchase from this dealership and that is because of the Product Specialists’ and the Service Writers’ professionalism and knowledge about the Mazda products along with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility. Charlie T Epting Jr, Product Specialist, was awesome. I was able to experience safety features on the test drive because of Charlie’s knowledge. When we returned, he went through all the settings explaining each one to help me adapt them to my preferences. But it didn’t end there. He helped me transfer my trunk’s contents and then took the time to drive to the Salvation Army store so I could follow him and drop off donations. I had forgotten a couple of things in my trade-in and Charlie was great about taking me to get them. I love that he took pictures of me in the car with my Carmel! Jason, Financial Advisor, was fantastic. He was on top of things. When I sat down with him to complete the purchase, he-had already did the paperwork to transfer remaining amount of my vehicle service contract to the new car. He also explained the additional programs available without being pushy which was great and I am glad I purchased them because I plan to keep this vehicle for at minimum 10 years. He also facilitated payment thru ACH! This is the best dealership for me. Thank you Mazda of Wesley Chapel!!!!!! More

Mr. Moon is quite amazing!!! I brought my car in for a repair this guy was so on top of it. Let me add extremely friendly. He make you feel very welcome when you enter the door. The whole crew does!!
