I inquired about a vehicle online from A Carfax ad. A lady from the dealership called me three or four times she pacifically told me to ask for Joe when I got there. Telling me that she already spoke t A lady from the dealership called me three or four times she pacifically told me to ask for Joe when I got there. Telling me that she already spoke to Joe and he was expecting me.I asked for Joe When I got there and they refuse to talk to me basically sending the Salesman back out to deal with me when I was specifically told to talk to Joe he was expecting me which was obviously not true the lady that called me 3-4 times insisted I talk to Joe then actually another guy came out making me think he was Joe at the end of the deal. He told me he wasn’t Joe quite honestly they were kind of rude to me.at first they had attitude that they didn’t care if they sold the truck or not that had been on the lot for like 150 days It got better toward the end of the deal though, but the initial interactions weren’t that great I felt like I was bothering them Bottom line I would buy again. I just would not buy if they treated me like they did when I first got there last time. I buy a lot of vehicles a lot of expensive vehicles. I’m from our state. I thought I was doing them a favor. I had a decent trade 2023 Denali diesel with 13,000 miles on it in mint condition Which any dealer would want on their lot? I don’t care to have a phone call from anybody about the survey. I’m just speaking my mind since you asked me to give a survey here it is thank you. Have a good day. More
