HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - stay way, very unprofessional. Ordered car in January, for February delivery. Car was "sold out from under them by another dealer" is what I was told when I called to see if the de Ordered car in January, for February delivery. Car was "sold out from under them by another dealer" is what I was told when I called to see if the delivery was on time. I was then told "they found another car for me" and it would be delivered on 16 March. I went to dealer in early March to get Trade in value. I was quoted $10K. The new car eventually came in 18 April. When I went to pick it up, the trade in value was not honored. It dropped to $8800, in just 6 weeks. Total BS. Then to add insult to injury I was told by the financial guy as I was signing the loan paperwork, the great 6yr/60K bumper to bumper warranty would cost me $80/mo, if I wanted it. So all I really only got a 3yr/36K bumper to bumper warranty. Nobody took ownership of all the problems. They all blamed Corporate Kia and absolutely no solutions or accommodations were made either financially or otherwise. One of the associates said "you can take it or leave it". HORRIBLE EXPERIECE!! More

We had a poor experience at another dealer and ended up speaking with Howie at Motion Kia. He found the vehicle we wanted, the Telluride SX, and didn't try to bump up the price like some other Kia dealerships we spoke with were doing. Howie kept us up to date as we waited for the new vehicle to arrive on their lot. On the day we picked it up, we had explained we were in a hurry and he did all that was possible to prep paperwork, the vehicle itself, and make the delivery go smoothly. He even spent time with us in the vehicle making sure the settings which weren't default but he knew we'd want active were set up and teaching us about other key features.
