Howie is a great Salesman. They need to be reminded that customers can go somewhere else to buy a car even in this economy. They need to take lessons from Howie on how to respect the customer. They should be recognizing the intelligence of customers. All they managed to do was ruin a sale for Howie and ensure I won't ever buy a car from them again. I was a long time customer with multiple purchases of vehicles. A few days later, I went to GMC Buick in Randolph and purchased a SUV within a fews hours and drove off the lot. No wait, a better trade in deal, no $1000.00 deposit required to wait for a car and treated respectfully by the entire Sales team, managers and everyone I came in contact with. George Gregory is the man to see. Ben needs to be aware, 2 people have ruined any potential sales for me or anyone I know because of these Sales Managers. Howie, they owe you commission since they lost the sale for you. More
