xxxx service recently purchased a new silverado from them and the sales was great but the rest is complete trash. Took my truck in for 1000 mile service and had an recently purchased a new silverado from them and the sales was great but the rest is complete trash. Took my truck in for 1000 mile service and had an open recall on it at the time that they didnt fix during my service. On top of all this while my truck was being serviced it had been done for over an hour and no one ever called me to get it while im sitting in the waiting room, I had to ask several people before they were even able to find my truck. They then called me a couple days later to tell me to bring it in again so they can fix what they should have the first time I argued with them and told them to provide me with a gas card as i live over 30 mins away from the dealership and this should have been taken care of when took it in for the initial service. I've sent several emails and called in several times with 0 response from anyone there, I would go purchase your chevy elsewhere if i were you More

Extradionary Customer services was amazing. We loved the fact that he did not pressure us in to something we knew we were not going to be able to afford so he knew Customer services was amazing. We loved the fact that he did not pressure us in to something we knew we were not going to be able to afford so he knew by having us choose two cars we would be excited to choose in between one or the other and gave us the prices that we knew were reasonable and he went beyond by letting us know other deals that we were intrested in and ended up going for those. I can honestly say that i left please most dealer ships do not encounter us because of our age they feel like its not serious but Jordan took us upon and showed us cars !! We left happy with our brand new Equinox 2017 !!! More
